Concentric Casting Anniversary Celebration
Striving Together to Advance the Future
On September 1, 2023, Flo Instruments greeted annual anniversary celebration.
We're pleasure to spend every day together with company. However, unlike in the past,
this year’s theme focuses on “Freedom, Flexibility, and Fun” and has more diverse choices.
There are no fixed routes and no boring games. Every employee puts aside their fatigue on this day to embrace nature,
enjoy delicious food, play hard, appreciate the beautiful scenery, and sing to their heart’s content.
First of all, two days before the anniversary, we collected everyone’s wishes in the company’s WeChat group.
One was to climb mountains and the other was to go to the seaside. However, since the number of people was half and half,
in order to satisfy everyone's wishes, the company finally decided to divide the teams into two groups.
On the day of the anniversary, all employees dressed in team uniforms gathered at the entrance of the company.
Some went up to the heights to look into the distance, and some went for a hike on the beach.
We collectively took a group photo in front of the company, shouted "Happy Anniversary",
and then took the bus to our destination.
The mountain climbing team walked all the way from the bottom of the mountain to the top, resting and walking,
and then enjoying the surrounding scenery. The process of climbing a mountain is very difficult,
but all our employees are not afraid of difficulties and are dedicated to climbing the mountain and overcoming ourselves.
When we finally reached the top of the mountain, all the fatigue was gone and everyone felt excited, happy and satisfied.
Compared with the "Difficulties" of mountain climbing, going to the beach is much easier.
Walking along the coastline, taking off your shoes and touching the sea water with your feet makes you feel much more comfortable.
Everyone walked together, laughed and chatted. Sometimes someone picked up shells and sometimes saw small fish.
Sometimes some made hearty screams because of the waves, and sometimes some felt hot because of the bright sunshine.
After the morning journey ended, the two groups of people in charge began to communicate
and then headed to the next destination, which is also one part that everyone was most looking forward to.
Considering the taste of most people, the company chose Cantonese cuisine, one of the eight major cuisines
and chose a very authentic gourmet restaurant. After the staff introduced their signature dishes and specialties to us,
we randomly selected a few dishes with very local characteristics.
After enjoying the delicious food, it is already evening and the evening activity is to go to KTV to sing.
All employees are free to arrange according to their own time. Because the next day was holiday,
most people chose to go to the KTV private room to enjoy themselves. We put away the fatigue of the day
and our own troubles while singing, and at the same time we did not forget to give our deep blessings to the company.
After a series of activities, this year’s annual celebration came to a successful conclusion.
The sun and the moon fly by, and time flies like an arrow.
Happy time is always short. Looking back on the company's experience year after year,
we are very happy to meet these lovely, hardworking and serious partners.
Let’s contribute our own strength to the company together.
In the days to come, we will forge ahead, ride the wind and waves, overcome obstacles
and create a more glorious time for the company.
