Product Information

 

FL101 is specially used to measuring the flow of various liquids in pipelines, realizing real-time flow measurement in the production process. The instruments outputs digital signals, analog signals, etc., so as to realize the measurement and control of the production process.

Due to the need of industrial upgrading, instruments are required to have rich outputs to achieve automation. However, the output of traditional flow meters is relatively simple and cannot meet on-site needs, and it need to be replaced in the original position.

Flo-Instruments has launched a in-line flow meter with a full straight pipe design without pressure loss, double union connection, and simple installation.

Installation

1. Cutting the pipe  
FL101 In-Line Ultrasonic Flow Meter with Injection Molding Structure for Long-Lasting Performance 5 According to the installation point selection requirements, cut a section of the pipe at the installation location.
2. Insert the nuts into the pipe  
FL101 In-Line Ultrasonic Flow Meter with Injection Molding Structure for Long-Lasting Performance 6 Unscrew the two nuts from the meter and insert them into the pipe.
3. Glue the pipe joints  
FL101 In-Line Ultrasonic Flow Meter with Injection Molding Structure for Long-Lasting Performance 7 Apply PVC glue to the two pipe joints on the instrument and plug them into the pipes.
4. Install the flow meter

5. Power on and run
